3808 public libraries from all over Poland are the Library Development Program participants. In the first round of the Program, which started in 2009, 1873 libraries took part. In March 2011 1454libraries were admitted to the Program in the second round. In 2013 started the third and the last round of the Library Development Program - 481 libraries participates in it.
