3808 public libraries from all over Poland were the Library Development Program participants. In the first round of the Program, which started in 2009, 1873 libraries took part. In 2011 1454 libraries were admitted to the Program in the second round, and in 2013 481 libraries joined in the third and the last round of the Library Development Program.
